When we first started marketing our products, and even today with new customers, the question often asked was, "Why is your product better than other products, don't they all say that?"
We actually had to be strong technically in why our products work and how they work. Once the contractor started using the products and experienced the results for himself, that was all the convincing that was needed. Customers will not change to anything else, they stick with us because they know our products work and they don't have any problems.
