COLD PATCH
Cold Patch is a 2 component repair and patching mortar for concrete
floors at cold temperatures. Cold Patch fills holes, repairs
damage or resurfaces the entire floor. This rapid setting
patching material moves easily into hard to reach places.
Cold Patch can be applied as thick as 6 inches down to a featheredge, and is ready for foot traffic in 4 to 8 hours.
Cold Patch can be applied in temperatures as low as –2C (28 F) to +8C (46 F) in dry or wet environments.
Cold Patch won’t crack, shrink, or loose its bond when applied in cool
temperatures. For areas that are below –2C (28F) use Polar Patch.

RECOMMENDED USE
Cold Patch is intended to be used on industrial plant floors, walls,
loading docks, ramps to fill holes, repair damage or resurface.

APPLICATION
SURFACE PREPARATION
The surface must be clean, sound, and dry. Remove all loose and
disintegrated material. Remove all types of oil, dirt, dust, mold
or mildew, efflorescence, release and curing agents.
MIXING INSTRUCTIONS
Pour all of liquid component into a clean five-gallon pail and add the
powder mixture and mix until smooth (approximately 1-2 minutes).
Place the mix. Maximum time for placement should not exceed 5
minutes. Once placed, a broom finish can be done if
required.
CLEAN-UP
Clean all tools and equipment with water. Cured material may be removed by mechanical means only.
