Keynote is an Industrial floor coating that excels in high moisture environments
that other paints and floor coatings typically fail in. What
differentiates Keynote from other types of warehouse floor coatings is
it's durability, not only against high abrasion from forklift
traffic, but also durability against road salts and other chemicals that are very
detrimental to concrete.

KEYNOTE ON WAREHOUSE FLOORS
Keynote is extremely durable
and has
excellent traction for forklifts, on wet or dry floors.
I like that Keynote
easily reflects light and the floor remains dust free.
We have 19 forklifts running up and down
these floors every day, and we only had to recoat the floor every
5 to 8 years, depending on the area traffic."

Keynote acts as a moisture barrier to prevent
moisture problems such as bubbling and peeling associated with many
other coatings, and will withstand the
abuse
of pressure washing and cleaners.
Most other coatings will simply peel off with the blast of a pressure
washer. Keynote is easy to apply to any
interior concrete or wood surface.

Keynote
has high impact resistance, this means tools and equipment that
are

dropped
with force, will not damage the coating. Two factors contribute
to this, the high flexural strength of Keynote which allows for
flexibility, and it's superior adhesion properties which are gained
from
its ability to flow into the existing pores of the concrete, soak
in and expand to embed itself into the surface.
