AquaTek Waterbased Acrylic Sealer ^{VOC Compliant} 
Advanced formulation waterbased sealer.  Aquatek cures, seals and dustproofs.   It will not yellow, is low odor and convenient to use indoors.

STAIN
Deco Stain
Deco Stain dries to touch within an hour at room temperature, and it is ready to be sealed.  It does not need to be scrubbed in, nor does it need to be rinsed off repeatedly like acid stains.  Contractors can apply the stain and seal the stain within a few hours.

DECORATIVE OVERLAYS AND MICROTOPPINGS
Deco Art
Deco Art is a thin spray on microtopping with over 5000 psi.  Just add the powder to the liquid component, and spray onto existing concrete.  Deco Art can be used on it's own, or with stencils to mimic the look of tile, brick or cobblestone.

POWER TROWEL (WAREHOUSE FLOORS) CONCRETE

Protec III Liquid Silica Fume with Acrylic Membrane

Protec III Liquid Silica Fume with Acrylic Membrane is a curing compound and hardener for power trowel concrete surfaces.  It will increase the hardness of the concrete surface while virtually eliminating warping and topical cracking.  This proven formulation  is the only product  that will properly cure and harden concrete.  To be used within 3 hours of finishing operations.  Easy to install without the need of a certified installer.  No VOC's. 
Protec III LSF with Acrylic Membrane works on two different levels:

1. The Acrylic Membrane retains the highest level of moisture to cure the concrete properly according to ASTM C309. 
   
2. With the addition of a hardener, liquid silica fume, the micro density is increased which produces a hardened concrete surface.

GYPSUM UNDERLAYMENT HARDENER AND DUSTPROOFER
Gyp-Lock
Gyp-Lock was engineered to work exclusively with the special chemical properties of Gypsum based cements.   Gyp-Lock penetrates the gypsum and strengthens the top wear layer producing a hard, dust free and abrasion resistant surface that adhesive glues easily bond to.  Unlike latexes, Gyp-Lock does not create a surface membrane that would interfere with proper bonding of flooring.

STUCCO WATERPROOFING
Repel Stucco Sealer ^{VOC Compliant}    
A single application will protect stucco for 5 to 10 years.  Repel stucco sealer repels water, reduces water absorption, and maintains breathability.  This is a waterbased sealer that will leave stucco looking natural.

Stucco Master
Stucco Master is added to stucco or spray coatings.  It enhances the strength and adhesion of the stucco and creates a moisture barrier from rain.  This moisture barrier significantly reduces water leakage problems and mold growth associated with water penetration in many stucco homes.  Stucco Master also significantly increases resistance to fading from sun exposure.

Polar Patch Freezer Cement
Polar Patch Freezer Cement is a patching material specifically designed for repair of concrete inside freezers that cannot shutdown.  The majority of cold temperature products are expensive, hard to work with, and have a limited shelf life. Polar Patch Freezer Cement is easy to use and ready for foot traffic in 15 minutes.

Cold Patch
Cold Patch is a two component repair and patching mortar for concrete floors at cold temperatures.  Cold Patch will fill holes, repair damage or resurface the entire floor.  Rapid setting patching material moves easily into hard to reach places.

NONSLIP AND SAFETY COATINGS   
Supergrip Additive
Super-grip excels in clear coat sealers where you want to have traction but do not want to see the product itself.  Supergrip takes on the color of the sealer and will sparkle in the sun. Super-grip can be used directly in the concrete mix to add sparkle and special effects to your concrete.  Use as much or as little as desired.

Fiber-Link Nylon Fiber
Fiber-Link nylon fiber is specifically designed and manufactured for intrnal reinforcement in patterned concrete.  Fiber-Link seems to disappear, but they stand as silent sentinels protecting and reinforcing even the finest surface detail.
