Damaged Concrete
Protec III Restore is best applied once the finishing operations are
complete to enhance the cure and produce a stronger more durable
concrete surface. Protec III Restore utilizes the Liquid Silica
Fume technology to incorporate a secondary hydration product.
This combination works to help protect against popping.
Protec III Restore works with the cement matrix of air entrained
concrete allowing the concrete to breathe and be resistant to freeze
thaw damage.
- Blocks the migration of water and maintains an
insoluble internal waterproof membrane
- Dusting of concrete floors from carbonation and poor
finishing
practices can be restored to its original condition with very little
down time and expense.

COVERAGE
Approximately 200 square feet/gallon depending on the porosity of the
concrete
Dusting and carbonated concrete use ate approximately 125 -150 square
feet/gallon.
